Scrivener is a great computer program for writers that's light years ahead of Microsoft Word. Type your manuscript in Chapters so they're easy to find during edits or changes. Type notes and character profiles...including pictures, and place them on a corkboard or in other areas-all in the same program. Use keywords to pull everything up when you need it. Edit in split screen while looking at the original. Create numerous projects at the same time. When ready to publish, compile into ebook or print format...and more.
